jan 4, 1774 - Coercive Acts & Quebec Act

Description:

The responce to the Boston Tea party, closing the Boston Harbor till the colonists pay for the damage, and moved the Massachusettes court cases to England. A new Quartering act was also put in place, for more troops and housing to be put into the colonies.
The Quebec act extented the boundary of Quebec into the Ohio River Valley which Colonists wanted to settle.
