Battle between the Crusader coalition forces and the Seljuk Turks under Kilij Arslan, which resulted in a relatively costly Crusader victory. The Crusader casualties numbered around 4,000, while the Seljuks lost 3,000.After this engagement the Seljuks would stop their efforts to harass the Crusaders.
