Description:
The Young Plan was a short lived plan to cut German war reparations and spread them out to make them easier to pay. It was short lived because soon after the economic collapse of the US, Germany was unable to pay and like much of the other European nations, stopped paying their debts and loans. It failed in collective security because in the grand scheme of things it was doomed from the start ,much like the Dawes plan, by not solving the issue of insane reparation that Germany had to pay, and having Germany on basically a leash to debtors so when they wanted their money, Germany couldn't pay up..Added to timeline:
