Description:

One of the biggest developments that helped push secondary education was the development of the Seven Cardinal Principles of Secondary Education. These principles stated the goals were to accomplish health, command of fundamental process, worthy home membership, vocation, citizenship, worthy use of leisure, and ethical character. All of these principles were to help scuplt secondary education programs and many of these principles are still used in todays instructional design structures.
