The Confederacy of United Legions, also known as The Legion is based around the former German-Dutch border regioned centered around the pre-war city of Emmen, now known as Atlas. The Legion was founded by a person only known to the common people as the “Chancellor” this person has been leading the state ever since “the Great War”, or that’s what the stories tell us at least.
