Description:

Immareth is assasinated at the hands of an Ancient One, causing the rebellion to falter. An elder vampire known as Elagablus walks forward in order to propose a compromise between two sides.
With an ability to return to Europe finally at their hands, they say, Rabisu have no right to continue fighting.

Elagabalus proposes a new position - Justicar of the Court, to serve as the leader and mediator of all affairs, thus preventing further massacres as such from occuring.

On other hand, The Prophet also deems Immareth`s cause just. As such, they propose, any who is to bear the crown of a Justicar, are to also take this name.

This tradition is still upheld, although not always.
