Description:

4 year old Billy Gaffney was taken from a hallway in his apartment building one night while playing with 3 year old Billy Beaton. In his confession Fish admitted to stripping Gaffney naked, gagging him with a dirty rag he found in a dumpster, tying him up and whipping him until he drew blood, cutting off his ears and nose, and even gouging his eyes out all before he died. Fish also admitted to drinking Gaffney's blood and preparing various parts of Gaffney in different meals he had.
