Description:

In 1924 FIsh committed his first confirmed murder killing 9 year old Francis McDowell. McDowell was molested, strangled with his own suspenders, and found hanging from a tree after failing to come home one night. McDowell also had severe lacerations along his legs and almost all of his left hamstring missing. Fish later admitted to the killing and said he wanted to castrate the boy but he heard someone coming and had to leave.
