邵氏出品，桂治洪导演，陈观泰主演。本片剧情主要讲述了由陈观泰饰演的大哥成为人仗义，与江湖中人素有交情。与朋友开了间成记茶楼，以此谋生，不料黑帮大哥却想拉大哥成入伙，于是大哥成进退两难。本片的风格在当时十分超前，可视为香港黑帮片的经典，《和平饭店》可以说是致敬本片。
