Scottish Government announce updated COVID-19 protection levels and travel regulations. Eleven local authorities will move into the highest protection level at 6pm on Friday 20 November. Regulations preventing people who live in a Level 3 or Level 4 area from travelling outside their local authority except for an essential purpose will also come into force.
