I was born in 2005 in Culver City. However, I grew up in the city of Moreno Valley and was primarily raised there since late 2009. The community “The Moreno’s” was first developed by Frank E. Brown (1883). He developed the name Moreno Valley because Brown means Moreno in Spanish. The origin of the town is based on Latin heritage and culture.S.B.
