The Inland Empire is centered around the cities in Riverside, San Bernardino, Moreno valley, Redlands, and Rancho Cucamonga, but before those cities were developed San Jacinto came first. San Jacinto was founded by Jaun Bauista in 1774, a Spanish immigrant.
