Description:

“天一”来到香港后受到香港电影行业的抵触，双方爆发矛盾，1936年“天一”的制片厂被放火，许多胶片被焚毁，邵醉翁心灰意冷回到上海养老，将公司交给邵邨人打理，邵邨人将香港分厂更名为南洋影片公司并扩建制片厂。
