Ini & Mimi Miney were involved in a highway car accident late at night; the car engine exploded from the impact, causing extreme flames to burst. Mimi died during the crash and Ini sustained severe injuries that left her unrecognizable. During reconstruction surgery, Ini provided the surgeons with her sister Mimi's ID with the intention of being "reborn" as her to escape the shadows of her former life. Ini believed that her former boss Turner Grey drugged her as revenge for ruining his reputation.
