Saskatoon Guernica is another version specifically created for the Remai Modern exhibition in 2021, this time made with materials of everyday life (pans, lamps, boxes, etc). Hannah documented the production process as it unfolded, which was used in a video work that extends the frame, removing the boundary between finished product and the process used to create it. This project shows just how recognisable Guernica is, so even when it is recreated using brooms we can tell what piece it is.
