+ Collective security
+ Encourage international cooperation
+ Disarmament

Bodies:
+ The Council - consists of 4 permanent members and elected members in 3 years intervals; they made the decisions; decisions are unanimous
+ The General Assembly - the other members of the League; could suggest issues and resolutions
+ The Secreteriat - cooperate slaves; administers and records decisions
