Description:

On December 3, 1989, two leaders of the USA and the USSR meet in Malta to discuss the terms for the ending of the Cold War.

The cause for the Malta conference was because of the recent downfall of the Iron Curtain, both superpowers realized that peace was imminent
so it was agreed that the two leaders would meet to discuss peace at last.
