After reaper rouge is defeated he is captured by the U.S gov't. He is tortured and experimented on. Geo finds out eventually and puts a stop to it. Rouge knows he will die if he is traded so he asks Geo to kill him. He'd rather have a warrior that bested him at his strongest kill him than silver's goons at his weakest.Added to timeline:
