Description:

- Excluded Catholics and those married to Catholics from the throne
- Crown would pass to house of Hanover, who were linked to Stuarts by Sophia, granddaughter of James I
- All future monarchs to be part of Church of England
- Judges could no longer be dismissed without consent of Parliament
- All matters concerning govt to be discussed w/ the Privy Council, not decided by the King alone
- Monarch prevented from leaving Britain without Parliamentary consent
