Description:

After the completion of HMS Dreadnought major powers all start to create their own all big gun ships. In particular there was a naval arms race between Britain and Germany. Britain wanted to keep the financial cost of a clear naval supremacy down through an arms control agreement. However, this coincided with Germany's want for a strong navy so that they could become an Empire like Britain. Tensions between the two nations with Germany's Naval Bills that put large expenditures toward the navy.
