Description:

This comes after Austria's foreign minister reasons that maybe if they declared war then Serbia will capitulate under Austrian rule before Austria even needs an army.

Wilhelm II returns from vacation. Once Wilhelm reads the Serb's response to the Austrian ultimatum, he finds no reason for Austria to go to war. He then tries to convince Austria to stop the invasion on Serbia but to no avail. Wilhelm then suggests that Austria take Serbia's capital and quickly so to show that Austria doesn't want to conquer Serbia and that Russia doesn't get involved.

Wilhelm informs the government his plan and the head of the German military sends the message to agents in Austria but to not press Austria too much about, not knowing the message came from the Kaiser.
