Description:

FDR and Churchill were buddies, this charter refers to their secret meeting to discuss/ outline post-war goals and how to avoid WW3. They agree on the United Nations (the US will actually join this time) and self-determination (the goal of borders being drawn based on the people; didn’t really happen).
