Johnny Depp 's estranged wife Amber Heard has reportedly been spending time with billionaire Elon Musk.

The Rum Diary actress, 30, is currently going through a very public divorce with her husband of 15-months and sources have claimed since their split in June she's been "spending a lot of time," with the business magnate.

Elon, 45, and Amber have reportedly known each other for years and according to TMZ while sources close to the actress wouldn't call it "dating" their friendship has intensified.

The publication claims that Amber and her sister were spotted hanging out at Elon's hotel bungalow in Miami last weekend and they enjoyed a one on one dinner at his Los Angeles home two weeks ago.

Amber has also reportedly been seen visiting his LA office and Elon has been on "several visits" to her home.

Elon, who is worth a staggering $12.5 billion, is currently going through his second divorce from British actress Talulah Riley. The couple married in 2010 before confirming a split in 2012, they then remarried a year later only for Musk to file for divorce December 2014 before that action was withdrawn.

In March this year it was confirmed proceedings were active again.

Amber filed for divorce from Johnny Depp on May 23, before obtaining a temporary restraining order against the Hollywood star.

She alleged he had abused her two days before she started legal proceedings to end their marriage and proved photo evidence to the court.

Reps for the Amber and Elon have been approached for comment by Mirror Celeb.
