sep 18, 1664 - the Triennial Act

Description:

repealed an old law from 1641 given to Charles's father (Charles I) it was returned when Charles II came back to power so in 1664 the law was repassed by the permission of Charles with no resulting conflict

this act insure from the crown that parilment will be called once every 3 years it has to be no matter what happen which get rid of the monarchy prerogative a bit but as they did at the start of Charles's rule he didn't really know any better which could be a turning point for a good relationship between the monarchy and parilment
