Description:

-The "big three" (US,UK and USSR)
-Had conference in Yalta (Soviet Union)
-Allies knew they were going to win the war so decided what to do with Germany after.
-Stalin wanted influence over eastern european countries
-Roosevelt wanted to create the UN
-Churchill wanted to preserve Britains power
Key Decisions made: Eastern europe would be part of the soviets "sphere of influnce"
-Germany and Berlin would be divided into 4 zones and shared between the "big three" + france
-UN was formed to replace the failed League of nations
