My grandmother (Francisca Lopez) was born on May 10, 1956, in Michoacan, Mexico. She is one out of six siblings. When I ask where in Michoacan, I am always told "El Rincon del Diablo". It is a small rancho in Nocupétaro, Michoacan. Although, she never worked she was good at planting and always having a green garden. She would use most of her crops from the garden, rather than going to the grocery store.
