(Royal Proclamation of 1763)
Description:
After the 7 Years' War, the British gained land near the Ohio River Valley. Colonists started to settle there which started conflicts with Natives. In response, the Royal Proclamation of 1763 was issued; it forbade colonists from going further west. This pissed colonists off; they thought they deserved that land after the war.
