Jane Roe (Norma McCorvey) argues that she wants to terminate her pregnancy. This is when she determines she has the right to privacy, and that the abortion laws in Texas violated her right to privacy. She goes to a court and gets it ruled unconstitutional.

In the primary source highlighted in the Works Cited, greater information is provided. It's also pretty surprising that this is the first case in which anonymity became a much bigger deal (off my memory).
