dec 1, 1939 - 1940 President Roosevelt won the 1940 election and became the new president of the US. He sent weapons to the UK. In the meatime the Tripartite pact was formed between Italy, Japan and Germany which became the Axis Powers. After a while, the Axis was able to intercept the supply line of weapons by destroying delivery ships.
