Description:
After the U.S's Invasion of Cambodia, students from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio gathered outside of the school to protest the invasion. Reports were made that student protesters were getting into violent clashes with the local police. Later, the Ohio National guard was brought in as police were unable to stop the violent protests. On May 4th, another protest was scheduled 4 days after the first protest took place, where 28 guardsmen would fire, some in the air, and others at the crowd, killing 4 students and injuring 9.
