6/7/16: RN received notice from Debble L., RN that client JD requires refill on all medication. Debbie received notice regarding this matter from JD's personal assistant, Nathan H. Client and Nathan are currently in Europe for client's music tour. Plan Is for client to travel tomorrow to his private island in the Bahamas for 1-2 weeks to relax and recouperate. Debble, RN contacted Dr. Kipper regarding need for medication refill, and Dr. Kipper approved two week's worth of routine and PRN medication. Per Debbie, client and assistant Nathan have been notified via text that Dr. Kipper approved two week's worth medication for JD, and that JD must come in to Dr. Kipper's office to be examined and assessed by Dr. Kipper when he returns to Los Angeles. JD is aware that medications will not be refilled after two weeks unless he is examined by Dr. Kipper. The following medications were approved per Dr.
Kipper to be given to client:

This RN picked up medication from Allure Pharmacy in Brentwood and prepared 14 days of daily medication boxes. RN then delivered medication boxes to client's home in West Hollywood per instructions from house manager Kevin M. Kevin M. plans to deliver the medication boxes to client for his vacation. RN notified Dr. Kipper, Debbie, RN, and Nathan H. that medication order had been completed and delivered,
