Description:

The Kent State shooting started as students at Kent State University were protesting the bombing of Cambodia. The students did not like that the U.S. was bombing Cambodia and they did not want them to get into war with Cambodia. While peacefully protesting, shots were fired by the National Guard who was supervising the protest. About 67 rounds were fired by the National Guard in around 13 seconds. These shooting killed 4 students and wounded 9 other students.
