Description:
The French and British decide to launch a huge offensive in order to relieve pressure on their crumbling Russian ally. The French attack at Artois for the third time, and at Champagne for the second time.Meanwhile the British, with the help of poison gas, attack Loos. Despite initial gains, the attack soon gets bogged down. The allies suffer 249,000 casualties, with the Germans suffering 147,000.
