Description:

This was an event that followed very soon after the end of the Indochina War. This event was when representatives from each country present in the Indochina War attended to attempt and end the colonization by the French. This event also split Vietnam into North and South Vietnam, it also stated that there would be now election for a few years. This event was later known as a failure because all of the parties did not sign the agreement. All countries not signing the agreement led to the bringing of the Vietnam War.
