dec 25, 1914 - Christmas Truce
Description:
British and German soldiers in some sectors come out onto no-man's-land and trade gifts, cigarettes and cigars, played games of football, cut each other's hair, fixed clothes and more.
Some soldiers like Private Adolf Hitler denounced the truce as a traitorous act. Some generals like Sir Douglas Haig specifically order troops to fire at the enemy if they come over the top.
