c. 13:06 Amber Heard entered the lift at PH level, travelled down to reception level.c. 13.09 Amber Heard went to the reception desk where she interacted with Cornelius Harrell and visited the mail room with Cornelius Harrell.
c. 13.10 Amber Heard returned to the lift (this time holding a package under her right arm) then travelled down to the parking level, exited the lift then departed the ECB in her car.
