In a bizarre video, released today by the Australian Department of Agriculture, actor Johnny Depp and his wife Amber Heard can be seen apologising for making a false statement on an immigration card about their Yorkshire terriers.

The actress and model, who illegally took her dogs Pistol and Boo into Australia in May 2015 when visiting Depp on the set of Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, pleaded guilty to the charge and was given a one-month good behaviour bond. No conviction has been recorded.

In the video, Depp and Heard stress the importance of Australia's quarantine and bio-security laws and ask other tourists to "declare everything" when entering the country.

So, the War on Terrier, as this case has been dubbed Down Under, is finally over but who exactly is Amber Heard?
