1591-1643She hosted groups in her home and taught Scripture, notably, God's grace in salvation. She opposed the Puritan ministers because she felt they had wavered from grace-based salvation and had opted for a more works-based salvation. She was banished from the Massachusetts Bay Colony and relocated with her family to present-day Rhode Island
