Sid Byron is enticed to move the headquarters of Flirt magazine to Fortuna by Horace Conrad. This coincides with an overhaul of the brand to focus more on the sexuality of the magazine. The headquarters was located at the far end of the Stretch. Adjacent to the headquarters is Byron’s private residence, a pseudo-nightclub called The Lagoon, known for its sex parties.
