On September 11, 2015, Heard's attorney Singer again wrote Nicola Six, claiming for the first time that because Nicola Six screened the version of the Producer's Cut containing "unauthorized nudity" to TIFF and CAA agents, and because these screenings constituted "public viewings" under the Nudity Rider, that Nicola Six was in breach of Nudity Rider. However, non-ticketed screenings to individuals at TIFF and to CAA buyers were not "public viewings." Singer's letter demanded a list of people who had been shown the Producer's Cut containing the alleged unauthorized nudity.SOURCE:
