Sumatra, Indonesia was hit by a massive tsunami caused by a 9.1 magnitude earthquake. The tsunami pushed three giant waves onto land in 14 different countries, killing more than 230,000 people. Around the same amount of people went missing, including a majority of them children. The tsunami pushed water more than two miles inland in some places.http://time.com/tsunamis-wake/
