Corporativism:
- officialy spoke of the harmonious cooperation between employers and employees
- in reality it was a way for the industrialists to control the workers
- also it was a big propaganda tool for Musso
- necessitated a vast bureaucracy which created rival gov agencies and was a burden the national economy
