Description:

Police officers who are conducting surveillance on Chris observe him exit his garage in the white Lexus SUV going eastbound out of sight for a few moments. Surveillance units then observe him stopped at his work truck for several minutes with the rear hatch of the Lexus and the doors of the truck open.

He departed but immediately returned to the truck for a few more moments and then departed the neighborhood traveling directly to I-25 southbound.
