Parliament votes in favour of granting Musso emergency powers for 1 year,
first step towards authoritarianism

Right after taking power Musso had two options:
support the radical Fascists
(Fascist revolution, smash socialism, empowering the Blackshirts, assertive foregin policy, corporative state)
or
support the elite / moderates
(restore law and order, smash socialism, powerful employers and weak workers, assertive foreign policy)

Musso considered the support of the elite more important than the radicals,
he could use the power of the state more effectively,
but the Ras are still a threat
