Description:

Jap proposes to create the Greater East Asian Co-Prosperity Sphere,
its offical aim is to build a self-sufficient economic bloc between Jap, China and Manchukuo,
in reality its a plan for Jap domination over rest of Asia

from now on they will actively support Jiang Jieshi,
they would do this mostly by sending money in the millions of dollars,
also they sent the "Flying Tiger" - a squadron of ~100 fighter planes,

this is also the beginning of a series of embargoes on Jap,
most important of these was the November 1941 oil embargo (Jap oil reserves were fully dependent on imports from US),
without the oil Jap had a serious problem
