mar 4, 2015 - LONDON FIELDS Amber Heard Producers Offer COMPROMISE

Description:

On March 4, 2015, Nicola Six's London-based lawyer Reno Antoniades notified Cullen that Nicola Six was willing to reach a compromise with him regarding which version of the Movie would be released; despite the fact that Nicola Six as the copyright owner of the Movie and
the entity with final cutting authority had no obligation to do so. Nicola Six agreed to having
Cullen's latest (unfinished) version of the Director's Cut be the version of the Movie submitted to the 2015 Cannes Film Festival. The Director's Cut was submitted to the festival but was not' selected. Additionally, Nicola Six agreed that if Cullen delivered the Director's Cut to Nicola Six by May 11, 2015, that the Director's Cut along with the Producer's Cut would be submitted to international and domestic distributors, and the distributors and their licensees could choose which cut would be released. However, the May 11, 2015 deadline passed with no delivery of the Movie by Cullen, and no explanation as to when or if delivery would occur.

However, shortly afterward, Cullen's visual effects company Mirada sent a memorandum to Nicola Six stating that it would be able to do the visual effects to complete the Director's Cut for an additional $800,000, at a time when the Movie was already 10 months late and millions of dollars over budget.
