On September 15, 2015, Heard's attorney Singer again wrote Nicola Six, complaining that his client had not seen the latest version of the Producer's Cut to ensure that "the objectionable scenes have been removed." He also reiterated his demand from his September 11 letter for a list of people who had seen the version with "unauthorized scenes." He continued to fail to respond to Nicola Six's request that Heard confirm her attendance at the TIFF premiere.
