Arizona Proposition is also known as English for the Children . A ballot initiative that was set in place by 63% of Arizona voters. It is a requirement for all students grades two through twelfth to be tested and to monitor the progression in academic subjects and those learning the English Language. Learners who are in a class with severe learning disability may be exempt from this test.
