OIF (Operation Iraqi Freedom) Iraq War-

On the account that Iraq allegedly had Weapons of Mass Destruction and that Sadamm Hussein did not step down, the US led coalition invaded Iraq. Interestingly most of the world abroad were against the invasion and the two main people in opposition were France and Russia, but it still happened. The coalition squashed Iraq in quick time and the hunt for WMDs were still going on. Unsurprisingly there were no WMDs found in Iraq which made the US-led coalition look stupid and made Bush look bad as it was the main reason for invading Iraq. The war in Iraq went on until 2011 and Sudamm Hussein was hanged in 2006.
