Description:
In Nixon first term, he brought American soldiers back from Vietnam, and also visited PRC which led to a political relationship between USA and PRC. But in his second term, he created an oil crisis in the USA, and also propelled a dictator to be in charge in Chile. As the Watergate scandal escalated he resigned from office.
